Nestled in the green heart of the gentle hills of the Marche region, La Nocicchia is a working farm and farmhouse set in an oasis of peace and tranquility.
Our farmhouse offers 7 spacious and comfortably furnished rooms, each with a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool, and a hot tub. Guests can also choose a half-board option for an even more relaxing stay.
The most beautiful beach resorts and historic towns are easy to reach, including Senigallia, famous for its “Velvet Beach,” charming arcades, and lively squares, as well as Montemarciano, with its rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
La Nocicchia is also home to a restaurant inspired by traditional Marche cuisine, with a special focus on quality and local flavors. We are happy to offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, catering to guests with food intolerances or special dietary requirements.
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in our rooms, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Located just a few minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the renowned beaches of Senigallia and the Conero Riviera, it is an ideal destination for a holiday combining countryside charm and seaside relaxation.
FARMHOUSE ACCOMMODATION
We offer 7 spacious and well-appointed rooms, with the option of half-board accommodation. Each room features a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Under the shaded pergola of our breakfast area, guests can enjoy a generous homemade breakfast, while admiring a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
