The cuisine of Agriturismo La Nocicchia is deeply rooted in tradition.

Gabriele and Grandma Palma prepare typical dishes from the traditional home-style cuisine of the Marche region, respecting seasonality, simplicity, and the authentic flavors of the past.

For all preparations and seasonings, we use only extra virgin olive oil from the local area, including olive oil produced on our own farm.

Upon request, our kitchen is happy to prepare gluten-free dishes for guests with celiac disease, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, catering to food intolerances and special dietary requirements.
